Layered systems, not single points of failure
Every system is built in layers, so no single failure takes the whole thing down — the design assumes something will break and plans for it.
Meet the founder
I’m Louis Henschel. I’ve spent 24 years in technology — and I’ve never let a title do my talking. My track record is my credential.

The record
I’m Louis Henschel. I’ve spent 24 years in technology — and I’ve never let a title do my talking. My track record is my credential.
I converted more than 250 animal hospitals for National Veterinary Associates — started at the field desk, rose to field manager, and ran hospital deployments, refreshes, and growth across the network. I’ve worked inside 25 different law firm environments. I’ve specialized in dental and medical practices, where downtime isn’t an inconvenience — it’s a cancelled day of patients. I spent six years in project management between Mumbai, India and Dubai for an agricultural company operating across two continents. And I served as IT Director for a marketing firm — the whole business, 50 to 60 people, front to back — while helping marketing research companies like Phoenix Language Services maintain, run, and grow their operations.
Born in New Jersey, raised in Dover, Delaware. An ex-golf professional who traded the tour grind for technology — and never looked back. Delaware was always home. I’m back to serve the businesses that raised me.
On AI: I don’t dabble in it. I study it deeply, and I build with it every day — layered AI systems that check each other’s work, engineered the way I’ve engineered networks for decades: in layers, with verification at every step and accountability at the top. AI isn’t a feature I bolt on. It’s an engineering discipline, and I engineer it.
I’m past the age where certifications carry a man. They never carried me. What carried me is showing up, doing the work right, and treating every client’s business like it was my own. If you want proof, I’ll do better than a framed certificate: I have 15 references who will tell you themselves how hard I work, what I deliver, and how I treat people.
That’s what Tezla Group is: no hold music, no strangers on your network, no bills that read like riddles. A real Delaware team that answers, shows up, and fixes it — at a fee that respects you. This company is the legacy I’m planting for my son — a tree in which I’ll never see the shade.

How I work
The same discipline that ran hospital networks and law-firm systems now runs Tezla Group — and the AI systems we build for clients.
Every system is built in layers, so no single failure takes the whole thing down — the design assumes something will break and plans for it.
Checking is not an afterthought. Each layer of work is verified by the layer above it, all the way up to a human being accountable for the result.
Tools change every year. A sound architecture carries a business through all of them — so the design comes before the purchase order.
Not theory, not a slide deck. Systems that are designed properly, secured properly, and still running years later — that’s the deliverable.
My story
The short page can only hold so much. “My story” is the full experience piece — where the work happened, what it taught me, and why Tezla Group runs the way it does.
