Real-time telemetry from the VM, pushed every 90 seconds through the Cloudflare capacity pipe and read live from Workers KV. If the pipe goes quiet for 3 minutes this panel says STALE — it never pretends.
CAPACITY — WHAT EVERYONE WORKED, AND FOR HOW LONG
RECORDED HISTORY
Louis's question, answered with files: who ran, when, how long, what they produced. Tonight's stress-test window (~05:45–06:05 EDT) plus the 5-hour live ring/staff test from 2026-10-11.
STRESS-TEST WINDOW — TONIGHT ~05:45–06:05 EDT · PARALLEL TIMELINE
Bars are approximate to the minute (spawn times) except the audit completion, which is exact (05:51:27 EDT). "Running" bars were still active when this page was built.
5-HOUR LIVE RING/STAFF TEST — CYCLE 1 · PER-TASK BREAKDOWN (398 CYCLES)
| TASK | CYCLES | TOTAL ACTIVE | AVG / CYCLE | ERRORS |
Source: hidden_files/5hour-test/cycle-log.jsonl. "Active" = per-cycle work duration; monitoring intervals between cycles are the staffed shift (18,009.1 s total = 5.00 h). VM restarts survived: 2. God-door knocks: 79/79 decided.
PRODUCTIVITY LEDGER — WHO DID WHAT
OWNERSHIP REGISTERED
Standing rule (Louis, 2026-10-12): everything made here carries its maker's name. Every artifact registers maker + timestamp (+ hash where one exists). Where attribution would be a guess, it says unattributed — never invented.

CLIENT AI-USAGE GAUGE
HOW WE MEASURE · CLIENT-READABLE
The transparency story for clients: how AI time is gauged, what a usage report looks like, and how metered time becomes an invoice line item. The full client portal lives behind this.
HOW WE MEASURE — PLAIN LANGUAGE
AI time = active compute seconds spent working a ticket — the same metering proven in our 5-hour live test: 18,009.1 cumulative active seconds across 398 cycles, every cycle logged.
Billable: active work on your ticket — diagnosis, builds, drafts, checks.
Never billable: our internal R&D, retries caused by our errors, idle/monitoring time.
Verify it: every ticket carries per-cycle log lines; ask for the raw log any time. Dispute a line item within 15 days — we re-run the ticket log with you.
MONEY FLOW — METER TO INVOICE
01TicketClient issue enters the queue. Every ticket gets an ID.
02AI time meteredActive seconds per task/cycle, attributed to the ticket. Logged, auditable.
03Usage reportPer-ticket rows roll into the monthly usage report you can download.
04Invoice line itemUsage becomes line items on the QuickBooks invoice. Insertion point: ticket-to-invoice pipeline.
