Can't resolve an error in the field? Send the job to James — he'll do the extraction and packaging and send copies to you and Louis. Photos stay on this device; the email is only the signal.
Phase 2 path: signed in with your Tezla Microsoft account, this will upload the job's photos straight to its SharePoint folder (per-job folder, no email size limits). Entra app registration isn't provisioned yet, so this stays off until then. Photos remain on this device meanwhile.
Saving is the review step: check the photo against every field before you tap save. If OCR is unavailable offline, enter fields manually — the photo is kept and can be re-read later.
Columns recognised: Asset Tag / Tag, Serial / Serial #.
Phase 2 is planned but disabled until a Smartsheet account is provisioned. The integration plan below is the build spec.
Read an "Expected Inventory" sheet (columns below) into the job's expected list before the pickup. Match on upsert key asset-tag + serial: rows already present are updated, new rows inserted, rows removed from the sheet are flagged — never silently deleted.
After the job, write collected items to a "Collected Inventory" sheet with the same columns as the Excel export, plus a "Collected At" timestamp and the tech name. Upsert keyed on asset-tag + serial so re-exports update rows instead of duplicating them.

Auth: Smartsheet API token stored per user; sheet IDs configured per direction. Rate limits respected with batched row writes (500 rows per call).
Everything is stored on this device (IndexedDB) and works offline. Export creates the Excel file locally. Nothing is uploaded anywhere.
Escalating a job opens a pre-addressed email to James — only the job summary and the notes you type are sent. Photos stay on this device until the SharePoint photo upload (Phase 2) is enabled.
